Welcome to the 2021 Monroe County 4-H Large Livestock and Small Animal Auction!
To view the online auction, please click the "View Online Auctions" link above. If you wish to log-in to place a bid, you will do so by slightly scrolling down on the right side of the webpage to enter your credentials in the "Online Auction Buyer" section.
There is an 'add-on' feature that will allow supporters to make a donation to the youth online. This feature does NOT place a bid on actually securing the animal--animals can only be secured at the in-person livestock auction.
Due to the limited availability for processing at slaughterhouses, buyers are encouraged to make their desired processor selection immediately after securing a winning bid at the live auction by visiting the "choose processor" line on the south side of the sale trailer. Buyers will need to confirm destination (resale or processing) of their purchase with the 4-H auction clerks immediately. Processors are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Purchased animals may be picked up following the auction between 10:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. on Saturday. Sunday morning pickup times are 6:00 a.m.- 8:30 a.m. You must have a copy of your invoice. Any animals not picked up by 9:00 a.m. Sunday will be donated to charity.
New Buyers can create their own login 1) anytime prior to the auction using the above link, 2) at the start of the auction (August 7) or 3) contact Sara via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 419-206-8395, and she will be glad to create one for you.
